Server Application Unavailable

yeni başladığım asp de Visual web developer 2008 de( ms net framework 3.5 sp1) yaptığım  basit uygulamalar  localhostta çalışıyor;ama
hosting de sorun çıkartıyor

"Server Application Unavailable
The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable.  Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser to retry your request." hatası veriyor....

(hosting firması asp.net  destekli)

birde bu vardı unutmuşum o notu...

server'e   basit  bi  index  at ona  bak aynı  hatayı  veriyorsa  host'da  sorun vardırki  bence büyük ihtimal  host'ta sorun var localhost'da çalşıyorsa  normalde   çalışması  lazım

yok olmuyor
yani index.asp yapınca hem local de hem hostta  çalışıyor..

ama başka bir işlem için
Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2008 Express Edition da basit bir site
hazırlayınca kendi içinde normal çalışıyor  ;fakat aynı dosyayı
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ da bulup localhosttan açıncada şu hatayı verdi
