Wipe Sonrası C: Diski Doldu

Merhaba arkadaşlar.
Avast Premier'in boş alan temizleyicisini(drive wiper) çalıştırdım %98'de C: diskinde yeterli alan olmadığı şeklinde bir uyarı aldım. İşlemin devam etmediğini görünce iptale bastım(basmaz olaydım). İptal işlemi epey uzun sürdü Avast dondu daha açılmıyor. C Diski neredeyse tamamen dolu görünüyor. Wipe edilen alan dosyalarını aramaya çalıştım bulamadım. Ne yapabilirim?

-c: de hata denetimi yap (sağ tık>özelikkler>araçlar)
-check disk yap:

1)Sistem geri yükleme kaydı olmadığı için gerçekleştiremiyorum

2)Defragger'da parçalanmış olarak buldum sanırım wipe işlemi dosyalarını(birleştirip silmeyi deneyeceğim)

3)Disk Hata Denetimi bir problem bulmadı. (Windows has scanned the file system and found no problems.
No further action is required.)
