AVG 2013 Yanlış Uyarısı

AVG 2013 Murşit 5 ve Facebook görüntülü sohbet programını virüs olarak görüyor.Bende durumu teknik destek bölümüne bildirdim.Bana gelen cevap aşağıdaki gibidir ;

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your e-mail.

We understand that your AVG program has detected a file that you think as a threat. It could possible that the detected file is a false alarm. This means that the file is clean and virus-free, but AVG detects it as a virus. If so, we are more than glad to prepare the correction as soon as possible. Unfortunately, false alarms do appear from time to time in every anti-virus software.

Please refer to the steps below to restore the file, if it has already been sent to the virus vault and how to send a copy of the file to us so we can verify is indeed safe.

1. Disable AVG Anti-Virus protection temporarily:
- Open your AVG program.
- Click the Computer component.
- In the Anti-Virus section, switch to Disabled.

2. If the file has been already moved to the Virus Vault, please restore it:
- In the AVG program, open menu Options and click Virus Vault.
- Locate the file that was incorrectly removed, and select it.
- Click the "Restore" button.

3. Send us the file for analysis by e-mail:
- Add the file detected as a false alarm to a password protected archive.*
- Attach the archive to an e-mail, write the archive password into the body of your e-mail and mention also the name of infection displayed by AVG.
- Send the e-mail to virusavg.com so that we can analyze the file.

4. After sending us the file, please enable the Anti-Virus protection again as described in step 1.

We will inform you about the result of our analysis.

Daha sonra cevap gelmedi ama üzerinde çalışıp yama hazırlayacaklarmış.

Destek yerine help yazsaydım daha iyi olurdu onuda sonradan farkettim.

Bunu yazmamın sebebi is bir çok kullanıcı geri bildirim yapmak yerine antivirüsünü değiştiriyor halbu ki bu şekilde bir yaklaşım diğer kullanıcların faydasına olmayacaktır.Geri bildirim yapalım ki ücret ödeyen antivirüs kullanıcıları rahat etsinler.

Senden Zararlı bulduğu dosyayı istemişler gönderdin mi şifreleyip.Geri bildirim yapmak tabi önemli ancak Bunu ingilizce bilen sayısı az olduğu için Pek yapılmıyor veya uğraşmak istemedikleri için yapmıyorlar.

Hayır benden istedikleri dosyaları indirebilecekleri link verdim.

Link istememişler Verdikleri mail adresine Virüslü bulduğu dosyaları ve Bulunan virüsün Resimini çekip postaya eklemeni istemişler :).

Anladım anlamasınıda onları bu isteği uzun iş.Bende AVG versiyonu gösteren detaylı resim ile direk virüslü gördüğü dosyaları indirebilecekleri linki verdim.Kafası çalışıyor ise orada ki adamın verdiğim linki tıklar ve indirir ondan sonra görür olayı.

Ayrıca AVG virüslü dosyaları excel dosyasına direk atabiliyor.Bende bu dosyadaki virüs listelerini kendilerine göndermiştim zaten.

Gerçi avrupalılar türkler gibi pratik zekaya sahip değiller işleri güçleri prosedür başka bir şey değil.

Eğer tespit edilen virüslerin listesini gönderdi isen sorun yok Ancak Dosyayı istemelerin,in sebebi daima güncellenecek bir site olduğundan değişik durum geldiğinde sonuç değişebilir kısaca MD5 yapısı ya sisteminde bozuldu ise ne olacak onun için bulduğu dosyayı istiyorlardı neyse en azından katkı yapmışsın :)

Sondaki yazın güzeldi :D doğru diyorsun sadece gönderilen verileri denetlerler çoğusu inceleme gereği duymazsa boşverip geçebilir.

Şimdi sen verdiğin sitenin sadece site alt yapısını belkide denetliyorlardır :D domain adresi vs :) neyse fazla abartmayayım.Konu fazla uzamasın kısaca riskli sandığınız bazı dosyaları güvendiğiniz antivirüs şirketlerine göndermek ilerde daha iyi sistem kullanmanıza yarıyacaktır.

Erinmedim yinede şifreleyip rarlı dosyalarıda gönderdim.

We will release a new virus update removing the false positive detection of the mentioned file. Please update your AVG as described in FAQ 3271:

When the update is completed, AVG will automatically restore the falsely detected file from the AVG Virus Vault to its original location. 

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Kısaca cevapda Yanlış alarm verdiğini yazıyor ve antivirüsünü devamlı güncellemeni söylüyor.

Güncellemeyi yaptım mürşit5 için artık uyarı vermiyor ama facebook videolu görüşme setup.exe için halen uyarı veriyor.

Hemen güncelleme çıkarttılar ve güncelleme yaptıktan sonra sorunlar düzeldi.Artık virüs olarak görmüyor
