Hata Mesajı

Arkadaşlar kısa bir süredir bilgisayarımı açtığımda sürekli hata mesajı çıkıyor. Bilgisayarıma tema indirdikten sonra çıkmaya başladı ve Nero  çalışmıyor bunlarla alakalı olabilirmi Hata mesajı:

user32.dll sistem DLL'sinin bellekte konumu değiştirildi. Uygulama, düzgün çalışmayacak. Konum değişikliği,
C:\WINDOWS\system32\SHELL32.dll DLL'si Windows sistem DLL'leri için ayrılmış bir adres aralığında bulunduğu için yapıldı. DLL üreticisi ile yeni bir DLL edinmek için bağlantı kurulmalı.....

bu linki internet explorer adres cubuguna yapıştırın.karşınıza çıkan download dosyasını indirin ve user32.dll dosyasını C:\Windows\System32 klasörünün içine kopyalayın.
