Başka programları indirip kurabiliyormusun örneğin Ccleaner,Advanced System Care vb.
Eğer onları kurabiliyorsan bilgisayarında kesinlikle virüs var demektirki antivirüs programlarını kurdurtmuyor sana ama yinede emin olmak istiyorsan başlata gel msconfig yaz ordan başlatmaya gir şu an windows ile birlikte açtığın bütün programlar orda gözüküyor eğer bilgisayarına virüs girmişse kendini msconfig de başlatma sekmesine kaydetmiştir tek yapman gereken o sekmede tanımadığın bir program varsa yanındaki "tik" işaretini kaldır tamam de yeniden başlat sonra antivirüs kurarak programı silersin.
Eğer virüs olduğundan eminsen ama msconfig te gözükmüyorsa o zaman virüs biraz zorluyordur formatla rahat kutulursun.

dediğinizi yaptım ama programları tanımıyorum ki hangisi bilg dosyası hangisi değil yeni format attırdım bi kaç gün oldu acaba bazı dosyalar formatta eksik kaldı kurulmadı diye indirmiyor olabilir mi

orda olan programlar RTHDC,ALCMTR, READER-SL,  VMsnop3,  DOMİNO,  VM303-STI, JUSCHED,  CTFMON         bunlardan hangisi virüs olabilir
