Yeni kurduğum bir xp sp2'ye sp3 yüklerken services.exe çalışıyor diye hata veriyor ve yükleme iptal ediliyor problem ne olabilir

Dosya Eksik Olabilir Başka Format cdsiyle Atmaya çalış Bakalım..

Aynı cd ile kurduğum diğer pcde tamamlandı problem yok onda services.exe dosyası hataya neden oluyor
